Please thoroughly read these Terms of Use ("Terms," "Terms of Use") before using the arcticcables.com website (the "Service") operated by Arctic Cables ("us," "we," or "our").

 

These terms adequately describe how Arctic Cables operates its service and explain how we authorize the use of our service.

 

Arctic Cables provides custom audio cables. You ("The Customer") recognize that Arctic Cables will not be held liable for liability arising from our service or website.

 

Acceptance:

By visiting Arctic Cables' website or using the provided service, the customer wholly agrees and understands the terms and conditions contained herein, Arctic Cables' Privacy Policy, and all future alterations or corrections to this agreement. By entering our website or purchasing merchandise, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the customer disagrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then access to arcticcables.com is strictly prohibited.

 

Changes to this Agreement:

 

The customer wholly understands that the nature of the Terms of Service may change. Arctic Cables may modify them at any time. You consent to be bound by any changes, adjustments, or revisions.

 

The customer fully understands that it is their sole obligation to regularly review these Terms of Services to account for changes that Arctic Cables has made. Any future changes or additions will be considered binding.

 

Use Restrictions:

 

You understand and accept that Arctic Cables owns all of the content on this site. The content includes but is not limited to photographs, graphics, videos, text, and data on this site. Arctic Cables forbids you from using any content without its written approval. Without Arctic Cables' written authorization, you may not replicate any content on this site or any other server. Any permission granted herein annuls automatically without further notice if you breach the above terms. Upon such annulment, you consent to immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials. Any unauthorized use of any content found on this site may infringe national or international copyright legislation, the legislation of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

 

Purchases:

 

If you desire to purchase any product or service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to provide certain information associated with your purchase.

 

Including, without reservation, your credit card number, your credit card expiration date, your billing address, and your shipping information.

 

You express and guarantee the following:

1. You have a legal claim to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods(s) associated with any purchase.

2. The information you supply is accurate, correct, and complete.

 

The service may employ third-party services to facilitate payment and the completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you consent to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

 

Arctic Cables maintains the right to refuse or revoke your order for any cause, including product or service availability, inaccuracies in the description or price of the product or service, fault in your order, or other reasons.

 

Arctic Cables maintains the right to refuse or cancel your purchase if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal purchase is suspected.

 

M.O.E (margin of error) for braided cables:

 

Our custom cables are 100% hand-braided, and we cut the wire before the braiding process. 

Although we constantly cut additional length to compensate for the braiding structure, due to different wire gauges and insulations, there may be up to a 5% -/+ difference in the ordered length. The cable length is measured from the connectors' end to end.

 

Custom cables Order Cancellation:

Our custom cables are made-to-order and 100% handmade.

Order cancellation is only possible if the cable hasn't been built yet. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within the first 48 hours after placing your order.

 

After approximately 48 hours, we will cut and gather the materials we need for your custom build and possibly even start the braiding/sleeving work and prepare your custom cable for soldering; at that point, we won't be able to cancel your order. 

 

Please ensure your cable and customization selections are conclusive before placing your order. If you have any uncertainties, please use our team for advice; we're here to help and respond quickly.

 

If you're not sure which termination you need for your setup, please list your devices and headphones in the text field on the customization page so we can double-check the compatibility for you. If there's a problem with your order, please don't worry; we'll contact you and clarify which parts need to change.

 

*As of June 2021, PayPal does not refund the transaction fees.

PayPal shipping fees are not refundable.

Custom cable Returns:

​

All custom cables are made-to-order. We offer a vast selection of cables and a wide variety of customization options, making returns essentially impossible.

 

We DO NOT re-sale pre-owned cables or re-use connectors and parts on new builds.

 

We will consider accepting returns within 14 days with common customization options, e.g., all-black sleeve design, black splitter, standard lengths, standard connectors, etc.

 

If you think there's a possibility you'd want to send your custom cable back for a refund for any reason, contact us before placing an order so we can review the order details.

 

We will not accept returns that weren't approved before placing the order.

Availability:

We continuously refresh product and service offerings on the service. We may encounter setbacks in refreshing information on the service and advertising on other websites.

 

The information found on the service may include imprecisions or errors and may not be exhaustive or up to date. We may represent our products or services inaccurately. They may be unavailable on the Service, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.

 

We have made significant efforts to ensure the color accuracy of the merchandise's pictures. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's portrayal of any color will be accurate.

Your usage of the service is at your sole risk. This website provides all its contents on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. 

 

Arctic Cables gives you the service without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, assumed guarantees of merchantability, adequacy for a distinct purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

 

Arctic Cables shall not be liable for any damages related to your use of this site.

 

Indemnity:

 

The customer consents to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arctic Cables, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

 

Assignment:

 

The Terms and Conditions contained herein may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by Arctic Cables without restriction.

 

Governing Law:

 

The laws of the United States administer these terms without consideration of their contradiction of law provisions.

 

Our failure to enforce any right or requirement of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be void or unenforceable by a court, the remaining conditions of these terms will remain in effect. These terms establish the entire agreement between us regarding our service and substitute any previous agreements we might have had concerning the service.
